A new digital platform for print and web materials was rolled out to 300+ affiliate offices, but high-resolution property imagery required by brand standards caused performance issues that prevented the system from functioning properly.
Many offices lacked in-house design support or access to paid tools.
SOLUTION
I identified a free, accessible image compression tool that met both the platform’s technical requirements and the brand’s quality standards. To ensure adoption, I created a clear, step-by-step tutorial that walked users through the process without requiring design software or technical expertise.
I distributed the documentation to all affiliate offices and included clear guidance so teams could resolve the issue independently.
OUTCOME
Support requests related to the issue stopped entirely, and affiliate offices were able to use the platform successfully without additional software, training sessions, or ongoing intervention. The solution stabilized the rollout, reduced strain on the corporate team, and restored confidence in the new system.
Project approvals and feedback were managed through scattered emails and informal conversations, making it easy for requests to get lost and deadlines to slip. With all work requiring leadership review, the lack of a centralized system created bottlenecks, delays, and unnecessary stress across the team.
SOLUTION
I identified the need for a structured workflow tool and introduced a centralized project management platform to organize submissions, feedback, and approvals. I helped set up project templates, organized task flows, and guided the team on how to use the system so work could be tracked transparently from submission through final approval.
This created a single source of truth for project status and ensured leadership had clear visibility into priorities and pending reviews.
OUTCOME
Missed deadlines decreased, feedback cycles became faster and more predictable, and the team gained a more stable, accountable workflow. By introducing a system that supported both leadership oversight and team efficiency, I helped transform a reactive process into a proactive, manageable one.
Campaign assets needed to maintain strict brand standards while being flexible enough for use by a large network of affiliate offices with varying levels of design support. Without a clear system, consistency and efficiency were at risk.
SOLUTION
I designed the core campaign branding across print and digital and translated it into a structured, reusable system. Assets, layouts, fonts, and usage guidelines were organized so affiliate offices could access, adapt, and deploy materials without redesigning or compromising brand integrity.
The system balanced flexibility with control, allowing teams to work independently while staying on-brand.
OUTCOME
Affiliate offices were able to launch campaign materials quickly and consistently across channels. The system reduced repeated design requests, improved turnaround times, and ensured brand consistency at scale.
RFP timelines were tight and design requests often referenced past graphics without clear documentation of what existed or how to recreate them. As the only designer, I was fielding repeated clarification questions, which slowed production and created bottlenecks during high-volume periods.
SOLUTION
To streamline requests and reduce back-and-forth, I created a comprehensive visual reference system that cataloged previous graphic styles, layouts, and data visualizations. I organized the materials into an easy-to-use internal “lookbook” that allowed team members to identify the exact style they needed before submitting requests.
This gave non-design stakeholders a shared visual language and a clearer way to communicate their needs, while allowing me to execute materials quickly and consistently.
OUTCOME
The new system significantly reduced clarification cycles, accelerated RFP production, and improved accuracy in design requests. By turning informal knowledge into a structured resource, the process became more efficient, scalable, and less dependent on repeated explanations.
