System Adoption

When a new school-wide digital platform was introduced, users across the community struggled to navigate essential functions related to grading, scheduling, attendance, and communication. With limited onboarding resources available, confusion among students, teachers, and parents created inefficiencies and repeated support requests.

Recognizing that each audience interacted with the system differently, I independently designed and developed three distinct tutorial series tailored specifically for students, teachers, and parents. Without existing documentation or direction, I analyzed platform workflows, identified common challenges for each group, and created clear, step-by-step instructional materials aligned to their unique needs and responsibilities.

These targeted tutorials transformed complex processes into accessible learning experiences, allowing users to independently navigate the platform while reducing reliance on administrative support. By translating technical systems into structured, user-centered guidance, I helped enable consistent and successful adoption across the entire school community.
