Workflow Integration

Production timelines were frequently delayed due to copy changes being managed outside the design workflow, creating version control issues and last-minute revisions. To address this, I led the implementation of Adobe InCopy as a shared editing solution between design and editorial teams.

I researched the best setup for our environment, configured the workflow, and established clear file management practices to ensure a smooth transition. To support adoption, I created step-by-step training materials and led hands-on sessions so both designers and editors could confidently use the system.

By integrating copy editing directly into the layout process, the team was able to collaborate in real time, reduce revision bottlenecks, and improve overall production efficiency.
